Electric portable pumps(inflators)?

Saw one of these from estilley in 'Your most recent cycling related purchase'.

Does anyone have any experience using these to mount tubeless tires? Are there models that have enough air pressure for use as an alternative to air compressors?

Bumping this as I'm also interested.

I have a pretty severe back injury and the specific movements involved in using a floor pump can ruin me for a day or two. I'm reeling today from inflating a inflatable thing for my daughter yesterday; it's not worth it. I have a pancake compressor, but that's overkill for inflating a tire or two when you consider how loud it is, draining it, etc.
