Pro's Closet- Do they ever answer questions?

They have something I kind of want and need more info. Anyone out there ever get a response? I can't get an answer to a question about the item that should have been addressed in the description.

Sure I've gotten their attention in the past. They have become more expensive last few years imo. Or perhaps its just the rest of the market that plummeted .)

It's been my experience that TPC responds better the closer to the end of the auction contact is made. A bit more delay the further out you inquire.

Usually takes a day, maybe two, sometimes within hours. They have so many items up for sale, probably have lots of messages to handle. Lots of items also have incomplete or wrong descriptions.

Strange... I just got an answer to my question from PC. The answer is: the Colnago frame is made of Zona tubing. I don't know if that is a good thing.

PC had no opinion on the tubing. I don't know about it but I did a little reading and it seems Zona is an "entry" level, less expensive tubing at the bottom of the Nivachrome line, slightly thicker and heavier, I think...

I've contacted them before to haggle about price and iron out details of products, send more pictures, etc. They seem to have the customer service thing down!

That's where I tried to get my lake shoes from. There was some confusion in the listing on size, so I messaged them to clarify. After a day or two the messaged back that they were indeed my size. I punched buy it now. Waited....waited....three days after delivery was due I was sent another message that they were in fact not my size.

They refunded, but I'm still bummed. Nothing worse than waiting in the window like a lost puppy for the ups guy and him never showing.

I've ordered from them before with no issues.
