When all they say is "fast", it usually means "heavy". I'm a dinosaur, despite current science, I don't buy heavy rotating stock.

So you are interpreting a tire that is claimed to be as fast as anything on the market as actually being heavy?
I mean, I guess that can apply to modern aero frame and wheel design, but it would be goofy to apply that to tires since they are a totally different material and design need.

Fast tires consistently have commonalities like...
- on the lighter side of things.
- supple casing, which is often in part due to being lightweight.
- quality compounds that are typically lighter.

I guess the tires could end up being heavy, but if you look at what the faster rated road tires are right now, none are heavy. Not sure why this new one, that ties itself to the gp5k tires speed, would veer off and go heavy.

Must be fast.

The tires are assembled using electron beam bonding.

This is a yuge step up from the traditional method. Most companies making handmade tires still use the classic Feldmeyer Wurzburg alcohol fueled iron/steamer, which of course limits production numbers.

I believe I saw a teaser on a Panaracer sponsored riders instagram, an improved Agilest seems likely.

I ran a set of 700x30 agilest tlr, they were awesome. Speedy, just grippy enough and held up in the Bay Area

I'm 99.9% sure that this is NOT what it will be, but can I please have a 650Bx38 TLC version of the GravelKing Slick? I have a bike that doesn't clear anything wider, and all the options in that size aren't tubeless compatible.
