Is this fork done? Its also got some corrosion on the lower crown race which doesnt make me feel all that great.

I'd had some shifting in headset preload in the past few months, I had assumed that the bearing was failing - this 2015 frame is on its 3rd lower headset bearing - and maybe it is, I didnt dig much further today.
