Very nice!

Is that a Swift Paloma bag?

If so, how do you like it?

Yes...it is actually a Paloma prototype that was a gift from the owners of Swift, who are close friends of mine. I rarely do a ride these days without a Paloma or Zeitgeist bag.

Show me your gravelbikes....inspire me.

Here's my warbird built up with its beater wheels. Still fine tuning the fit, but its a blast to ride!

Ill get some photos in the wild soon, was planning on a nice ride today but my son was sick, so itll be the weekend now...

Love that Warbird. Any idea on how wide of a tire you could stuff in there?

Those are 35mm clement USH tires, if i recall they say you can fit 38s but I remember some folks being able to run 40s.

Thanks, Its the marin headlands (across the golden gate bridge from San Francisco) on top of old springs trail just before it intersects with miwok trail.

Here is what the descent was like and in the distant you can see the other ascent

1989 Specialized Stumpjumper

The 1989 Specialized Stumpjumper Team (Tange Prestige frame) is my latest drop-bar conversion for gravel riding and light single-track. Added 11-36 cassette and 2.2" rubber. Geometry is great for this purpose (similar to the new Rawland Ravn).

With those tires, you could probably tackle singletrack that is far from light. Nice repurposing of an older ride!

Looking at yours makes me question my move to hang Dura Ace on there. Looks great!

For the life of me, I don't understand why they don't put fender mounts on the Warbird. Beautiful bike...it would be perfect if it had fender mounts.
