Routes in Canaan, NY

I'm staying up in Canaan, NY with some friends this weekend and we want to do some riding. It's a mixed skill level group, so probably more dirt roads and pretty views than hardcore climbing.

Can anyone recommend routes in the area?

I posted a link to a map of Columbia County dirt roads I made awhile back, 2013 I think. You are staying close to the wheel house of many dirt roads in Caanan. But beware many of those roads have some significant climbing, for example schillings crossing just south of Caanan.

Farmers daughter ride has a lot of hills, very tough 60 mile ride.
