Cool bike! Is that running a magic gear ratio or do you have some sort of eccentric BB/hub?

I've got an Eno hub with a fixed cog and a freewheel. In this photo it is set up fixed for the snowy and icy road conditions this past winter.

Got my first fixed gear from the forum a couple of weeks ago. Thanks johnniecakes! Made a few changes and plan to make a few more but so far I like it.

Aww man... now I miss my sweet fixie.

IRO Group Buy with a Miche gruppo that I rode daily for years!!!!!! Had it in FL and then Boston. Rode it in Monstertrack to a 7th place finish (2nd Out of town) which was fun.

Sadly it met a sad fate. Frame lives, but need a fork, front wheel, cranks, stem, pedals, and handlebars. Yes, I got hit by USPS. Jackass merged right into the bike lane without a signal. Was lucky I got out with just a elbow scrape.

Keirin cast off that had been turned into a trainer, properly drilled for recess mount calipers, bottle cage, and cable braze-on's. Had a terrible looking rattle can paint job and went for peanuts on ebay from one of the Japanese clearing houses for ex race bikes.
