They may be lost to the ether - I can't find my old photos of my Klein Rascal, it faded from a midnight purple kind of thing to a color I named "mating season magenta" in the back.

It was a lesser Klein, but the paint work was still outrageous.

I love fades!

I guess I like fades between related hues. You look and you initially think it's the light striking a one-color paint job, only it's not! Specialized did some good fades of this kind in the nineties - ultra-marine blue to royal blue, that kind of thing.
