Shipping from where?

They're PRO (so Shimano), so basically any bike shop or online retailer.

Ill let you know my findings. I think the Extralight is a hair lighter but the MCFK is stiffer. Doing it to match the bars, all that UD carbon looks cool. Extralight going on another bike.
