Rapha returns - I am confused

Do I send returns via Fedex or UPS, or can I pick whichever is more convenient? The shipping label seems to have both company names?

They used to use UPS. DO NOT drop off to UPS. Old return labels with UPS are no longer addressed correctly.

Now they use Fedex.

Got it, thanks.

This a recent package, within a couple weeks of receiving it. Maybe they're working through their stock of UPS labels...

I had the same confusion with a recent return. FedEx label printed on a UPS sticker. weird.

my question is: why does it take them like three weeks to process a return?
