Ha ha! It definitely stays here for now. It rides and fits very well.

Here's my English - it's right at 18 pounds. It's not an easy weight to hit with steel and disc brakes.

I'm still trying to get things dialed with it. One snag I've run into is the etap FD battery does not allow tires larger than 36mm to clear! BUT, I just acquired a solution today. A friend of a friend designed a custom wire harness for the battery so I can mount it in another location so bigger tires will clear.

Here are some pics. I haven't tried it out yet on the bike but it was bench tested.
I know it's not the most elegant solution - especially with etap where no wires is a large part of the appeal/aesthetic.
The first pic is where the battery goes and the second pic shows which part connects to the FD. They were 3D printed of course.

Last pic I promise but this bike wasn't going to be complete till I put some (likely thread disqualifying) proper rubber on it.

those bars look tiny on that huge santa cruz!
It looks great, but I'm sure it rides even better than it looks.
I'd be so nervous to take these bikes out and take a spill (which is a a regular thing for me whenever it comes to dirt)

Not the lightest we've done, but by no means heavy. We just finished this up for a customer, just a hair over 15.5 as shown.

Sweet. You ought to come ride with us on sunday. Just 20 miles or so in the headlands. The other H11 bike will be in attendance
