identify these cages, and SWEET Pego!

first off, there is a sweet LOVE#3 on ebay right now, complete with steel fork:

i bet that frame with that fork is an amazing ride. i LOVE this paint too.

secondly. what on earth is going on with the "things" in the bottle cage positions??

Downtube cage is for Campagnolo Aero bottle, seat tube looks like a flask carrier.
