Carbon Disc CX fork, 1 1/8 straight, max tire

Anybody know of such a thing as a carbon disc CX fork, with a straight 1 1/8" steerer that will clear a Bruce Gordon Rock n' Road Tire (700c x 43mm)?

I was searching for the same. Whisky parts does all.
Available in straight or tapered. Clearance for 48

One more option is Spot

Not expensive, apparently has loads of clearance, light and looks pretty slick.

I came across the Whiskey when I searched, but their website lists the clearance as 38. I wonder whether the 48 from Universal is a typo.

I thought Spot was long gone. good to see they're still around.

Thanks, those measurements do look like the fork could handle a Rock n Road. What size tires are you planning to run with the fork?

Also of note, this has hidden/removable fender mounts if wanted

Ritchey disc fork checks all the boxes, but unsure if it'll clear 43s though

I have the Ritchey disc fork with Gravelking 40's mounted on HED+ rims.
They measure 42mm and fit fine.

Folks,

I am looking to solve the same problem on my Hunter. The problem being shedding weight on the bike instead of my midsection.

I believe that the clearance value of the Whisky Number 7 is actually 48 MM "if you run 650B". Their newly upgraded website says "700c x 38c or 650b x 50c tire clearance". It's super unclear if that means "with fenders" or without.

Can anyone with the fork provide more first hand experience?

The Whisky fork seems more robust than the Ritchey WCS Carbon Cross Disc fork. The latter is rated for "110kg for rider and equipment". With a 10kg bike and a rider that's at the 93kg weight, I will be pushing that number....The Salsa does not have such silly limitations and is 43g heavier.

Thanks!

You'll have room for fenders with any 650b tire on the Whisky.
