Google says Costner's 6'1". My highly trained bike pron scanning eye says that frame is a 56...too small for Costner.

Back in the day??? 56 would had been too small... who knows how much the sucker paid for the bike too. If he paid 1000 bucks back in the day he paid way too much already.

However, it looks to me like the stem and bars have been changed although the brake levers are the same. Perhaps there was more than one bike used during the movies or perhaps some fitment changes were done at some point? So, maybe we shouldn't base everything on that one screen shot. The bike has several things changed, the tubulars who knows when were swapped for clinchers.
