I doubt that's a Majestic
My Majestic does not have stops brazed onto the headtube. The downtube on the Majestic ovalizes as it reached the BB. It's hard to tell what model that is from the photo. I switched from a Litespeed Classic to the Majestic, and can vouch that Merckx designed model is no rebadged Litespeed.

The Merckx bike, like the Classic, varied in details from year to year. Vertical dropouts, DT shifters, etc. The only thing that was really consistant in Litespeeds models or the Merckx and Bassos they made was geometry.
