cracked aero TT seatpost?

I have a 10 mile TT this saturday and have just found this. Could of been here a while. Ridable?

It is just next the bolt that looks chipped/cracked

EDIT - It doesnt look as bad by eye, the picture looks alot worse then it is

also if it is cracked I will have to look for another one but don't know what seatpost it really is tbh..

If anyone knows of any cheap or aluminum ones that will be cool

Currently un-rideable, ruptured anchor, should be repair able with proper materials and technique. If the stud passes through the entire post head may be temporary usable with longer stud and a proper angled spacer and nut on the bottom of the post head.

Likely hood of reasonable cost of repair are better in the UK than North America.
Take it to an auto racing composite fabrication shop and ask for a quote, a decent facility will know what to do with it.

Looks like this could be my bet.

Doesn't say anything about pricing though

Hopefully it wont get worse.. It may of been like that for a while.. the road is fairly smooth for the time trial too

Worst case, you sit down real hard on a seatpost...

m_sasso's idea is good.

Having broken an [alloy] seatpost once and suffered the consequences that is NOT something you want to take chances with. Sincerely.

I wouldn't ride it.

It will suck if it fails while you are on it.

There is almost no chance you will find an aluminum aero post. I don't know what model this is specifically but they're almost all carbon.
