Rich Lesnik. I asked once while he was truing my wheels how many he thought he had built over the years. I think he said six thousand. Problem is he likes to build stout ones, so he may not build for weight weenies.

Another vote for Chris Robinson in San Leandro. He worked at Wheelsmith back in the day, and if you give him the time he will tell you 300 stories about his time in the industry.

He gave me great recommendations on a personal wheelbuild and will cut spokes to length. Great guy.
