Ti Fasteners?

Where do you buy your Ti fasteners from? Looking to swap the bolts on my Thomson stem and post.

Looked at Ebay/China ones and they have mixed reviews. Tried looking at ProTi but I get a message that there sight is not secure.

Any direction would be appreciated.
