I feel for you ...
Had a mild outbreak about a month ago. On my back just outside the armpit. Most uncomfortable thing I ever experienced and that includes the broken ankle from a couple of years back. The anti-viral should kick in in a couple of days.
Bummer about the recurrence and the marginally effective vaccine. I thought I was clear now. Before you know, this will be a old thread again ... Warren |

I had a mild case of shingles in my 30s. This thread is inspiring me to check into the new vaccine to prevent going through that again. Who knew Paceline would have health benefits?
