Saddle Rails Compatibility...Deda Superleggero RS-DISREGARD, FOUND

Does anyone know if Deda's post clamps will work for carbon-railed saddles? I can't seem to find it on their website. Help would be appreciated! I will roll with the Ti one for now but I am curious.

It should be fine. Technically, it is a top-clamping post. A fellow uses one with a carbon-rail Aliante, with no issues

Here is what the website says:

Deda Elementi seat posts are designed to suit sport saddles with a 7 mm rail
diameter, and 43 mm rail spacing, as well as with slightly ovalized rails (7 mm
width/9 mm max height).

I am wanting to run a Romin Evo Pro...will it work? What are the rail specs on his Aliante?

You'll be completely fine.

The Aliante carbon rails are 7x9mm, just like your Romin EP and just about every other carbon-rail saddle out there.
