What width tape for this tubeless wheel?

Building some wheels with Light Bicycle AR36 rims in a tubeless setup.

What width tubeless tape would you use for these rims? Internal width is 21mm.

Yes I said tubeless

Scotch 8898 tape. For 21mm width, use 24-25mm tape. I do. Got mine from R.S. Hughes out of Sacramento CA.

I use the Scotch tape in several widths and since starting to use it, have trashed any other tape I used before. Wonder stuff. Oh, two wraps, three if the tire doesn't want to seat.

Few 4-5mm wider than internal width to account for the rim channel. Highly recommend putting a tube in overnight after you tape. In my experience it makes a difference in keeping the tape down.

No rims requiring rim tape for me. Properly built hookless rims need no rim tape. BTLOS has just about anything you could want.

Stans tape sucks, there are better options.
