Sadly this is what Portland looks like right now - but it ain't fog.

And I've got a sick kitty, so I haven't even been able to get on the trainer today.

Oh me, oh life.

My weekend race went about 200 miles less than I had planned but I had a spectacular crew including this guy who fans of filet brazed steel (and a little carbon) from NorCal may recognize. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me out.

Yes, I'm in Bend. It's the fires and the shifting winds. It can make a big shift in a couple of hours. We use airnow.gov to keep track of quality. Right now it's in the green, yesterday was in the red for a while and then back to yellow in the evening.
