"Share Your Secret": Perfect Shifting
Good morning boys and girls, continue on with our long-running series on "Share your secret". The last time we talked about aligning your handlebar/stem with the front wheel . Many thanks to the folks who shared their secrets. This week, we are going to investigate the steps to take on arriving at perfect shifting for the drivetrain. If you look at magazines, fix-it books, online advice etc, they all come up with 10 different versions of methodology, and all make it sound too technical and scary at times. So, what we are looking for is the minimum number of steps required, and described in such a way that folks can remember and understand for the rest of their lives...so c'mmon now, share your secrets...
