Groupset swap secrets? - Shim to Campy

I want to move the Record 11 group (2009, I think) from my Ti Planet X to my Serotta CIII. I have installed and removed Shimano pieces before, but never have I uninstalled/installed a complete Campy group. I think/hope that most of it should be pretty straightforward. I'm especially a little nervous about removing/replacing the crankset and cups. (not sure why this is ...)
Anyone have tips or tricks that might not show up in a Youtube tutorial? Special tools that are required?
That's about all I can think of for now. I'm certain I will come back here with more questions before it's all over. Thanks for your patience.

Henry

Cranks should be easy, just a 10mm hex wrench. If you want to remove the cups with little chance of marring them, get the fancy BB tool that looks like:

Instead of:

Because the campy cups don't have stops like the shimano/sram ones.

Crankset is the easiest part of the whole shootin' match.

Grease and torque are your friends.

You'll also need a hex adapter and torque wrench capable of 40nm for Ultra-torque cranks. Youtube covers the lot.
