Shout out to Jason & his Cuero gloves!

All--Forumite (and Forum Sponsor) Jason Moore (http://www.recoveredcycling.com) has been working on bringing some very classy leather cycling gloves to market. He's had some struggles with getting the right manufacturer lined up and addressing some production challenges, but if the final product is anywhere near the gloves I received yesterday, he's going to knock it out of the park.

I bought a pair of manufacturer's samples from him and couldn't be happier. Top quality leather, perfect form fit that's already starting to break in beautifully after one ride, and nice understated looks.

If he has any samples left in your size, I highly recommend jumping on them. I just ordered a second pair as a backup--they're that good.

Thanks Jason!

Agreed, I love mine. They form to your hand even when not on!

Been wearing mine for a few months and they are the best! They are soft and supple and stay that way even after they get rain and sweat soaked. They are a great value at double the price.

awww. you guys are making me blush

I've got plenty left in all sizes so shoot me a PM or email if you want to try them out. They are def a stone cold bargain at this price. They will definitely not be this price when I get my production issues worked out.

I've gotten a bunch of orders today. Thanks everyone! So great to know I'm on the right track.

I've got plenty left in all sizes (xs - xl) so keep the orders coming.

$40 + $5 shipping

Jason,

As I'm not normally a glove wearing kinda guy, can you give me some suggestions about measuring for size? The last pair of gloves I had which I really liked were some old Diadoras with, I think, kangaroo leather palms. They were used when I got 'em, so I don't know what size they are/were, but now they are toast.

I wear a large and my hands are 9" circumference around the knuckles. But I don't have super thick fingers or palms.

I tell people to order what you wear in Giro or Pearl Izumi gloves. That usually works.

At worse case if they don't fit then send them back and I'll send a different size. Or order two pairs and send back the one that doesn't fit for a refund. I'm easy with this stuff.

I have a pair of Jason's gloves. I don't have big hands, but needed an XL. I also wear an XL in Giro.

They look really nice, but don't they seem a little heavy for a tough slog up a 5-mi pull on a hot summer day? Honest question.

What? Honest skip the cheese on your Sunday splurge cheese burger. If you go racer mode wear your light weight gear for everyday training rides be comfortable. I think you will find these to be your go to gloves.

I will weigh a pair today.

I have had plenty of people wear them through the TX summer with no complaints.
