What vintage MTB skewers are these?

I picked up a vintage MTB with some boutique parts, and these skewers were sticking through the Nuke Proof hubs.

They are twisters, so they don't use a cam. The axles seem to be Ti. Does anyone have an idea of what they may be? Apologies for the largeish pictures

I recognize them - likely from one of those small ads in the back of MBA magazine in the early '90's. If you don't get an answer here, pop over to the vintage forum at MTBR or Retrobike. Someone will answer inside 30 seconds.
