They had a list of parts 'across the hall' to convert 7700 to an 11sp FH body, but you can't get all the parts from Shimano NA.

Otherwise, I'd have kept the 7700 hubset I had. Love those hubs!

by adjusting, as someone mentioned above, the b screw to lock out the biggest gear?

Yes but it's the limit screw, not the b limit screw.
