I've seen worse than a fast-forward seatpost, just swap that out and ride. Lots of people giving triathlons a try will slide their saddle forward to mimic the tri geometry rather than go buy a tri bike. Otherwise looks like a normal road bike though not sure whether the Campy wheels/cassette are completely compatible with the shifters.
