Interesting, we should put a hack thread for helmets, so we post what we did to make them work.
The kask k50 I have all the retention system is screwed into the helmet, just 4 screws and you can remove it right away, put it in another helmet is just screw back into a new one and good to go. |

I just got an aftermarket replacement pad set for my Catlike Whisper. It improves the fit dramatically. A seller named sprinterln has them on the bay. (That is a lowercase L) Didn't know they even existed until recently. |

When I used to import a line of Italian helmets, we did some testing to see if outer shell color impacted internal temperature against the head and the difference while measurable, was effectively within the standard deviation.
