First Flight Bicycles.........

Had some extra time this afternoon after a visit with a customer near Statesville NC so I paid a visit to First Flight Bicycles. What a treat! Really great collection of vintage bikes of all flavors! I highly recommend a visit if you're ever in the Statesville NC area. Jeff (owner) & Wes (mechanic) were extremely friendly and graciously showed me their vintage collection of bikes and parts. Some of this vintage stuff is even for sale.

This has been on my places to see for a while. Appears there is a strong emphasis on vintage MTB. Now I've got to go over to the website and spend too much time looking at old bikes.

I stopped by there a couple of years ago and was wow'd by the bikes on the main floor. Jeff then says there are more upstairs.

They must have 100 or so vintage MTB bikes - almost all were high end back in the day. And yes, very much MTB oriented.
