cool little film about an italian builder

this film popped up in dario pegoretti's facebook feed today.

a good, not great, little film. but if you're partial to such things, which i am, it will just make you love all things italian even more. i'd never heard of this builder before. he seems kinda legendary.

and pause the film when you see the track frame in which he cut out an astonishing -- and beautiful -- number of slots in every tube of the frame. so cool.
