Seatpost clamp for a pegoretti 31mm seatpost

I have one of those odd sized 31mm seatposts on an old Pegoretti 8:30 aluminum frame. Does anyone know the proper size seatpost clamp? I'm worried it might also be rare or hard to find.

Dont know as Ive never had one, but measure using calipers, or lay a ruler/tape measure over the top... then check out this guy
