For sale - Award winning Gothic Fillet frameset.

SOLD - Thanks for all the interest.

For sale - NAHBS award winning Gothic Fillet Frameset.

This Gothic fillet frameset, like every Kirk I've ever made, was built for a specific owner. I was about 1/2 through this build when unfortunately the customer had to back away from the order for personal reasons. I was so far into the build that I decided to finish it and bring it to NAHBS to enter it into the "Best Fillet Construction" category. I'm pleased to say it won the award despite some very strong work from other builders.

This frameset is now available to purchase. The normal retail price on the frame and fork set is $4800 and the matching stem would retail for $500. I'm willing to let this award winning frameset and stem go for $4000 ($1300 savings) with a single color Joe Bell paint scheme. Of course the new owner can have a more elaborate paint job if they wish and this will incur an upcharge.

The basic spec's are -

Tubing - Reynolds 853 Pro w/ Kirk by Reynolds stays and blades
Seat tube - 54.0 c-c
Seat angle - 74°
Top tube - 55.0
Top tube slope - 0°
Stem - 110 mm x -17°

The frame is currently set up for wireless electric shifting but I can add cable guides as needed for no charge.

If this frameset is in your size range, and you are interested, please email me with your saddle height and I can plug that into the BikeCad image and we can figure bar drop and reach to make sure you will be happy with the fit.

This is the one and only Gothic Fillet frame in existence and a show award winner. First come first served.

Thanks for looking.

No doubt as workmanship was unbelievable on this frame. Busy day at work probably saved me a few thousand...Best of luck to the new owner and hopefully the build will get posted up here.
