ritchey WCS micro 2 bolt road pedals and the like
Any experience using shimano SPD cleats with these?
https://ritcheylogic.com/wcs-micro-road-pedal Are the cleats actually compatible or its a "yes but"... Any other single sided SPD pedals out there that resemble these? I recall several years back I tried some fancy Exustar pedals and clipping in and out with shimano cleats was area PITA and I gave up on them. I already have shimano cleats on multiple shoes and while I would like to have the ritcheys on one bike, I dont want to also dedicate a pair of shoes to it. I have a set of Ritchey pedals, two sided wcs something or other that were pretty expensive when I bought them a few years ago. They look similar though.
They work perfectly well with Shimano cleats and my cleats on a few pairs of shoes are all Shimano. BUT, if you happen to end up with the "multi release" SH-56 clear I found those did not work at all. The standard SH-51 is what you need.
