For me and what I post I find the most activity if I post between 6:30 and 7:30 a.m. I'll usually get a flow of responses up until 10:30 - 11:00 and then things quite down.

Thank you. I also like 6:30 on mondays. Friday night has shown a surprising success. I figured most people would be out on Friday night not on IG, but it's been pretty steady around 930pm on Fridays.
