Custom Jerseys
It all depends on how custom you want. Voler has a way to do it, that includes an on-line app, but it would be pretty limited, but its also pretty cheap.
I have a local print shop (silk screening) that can do the dye sublimation that is the best way to go, but my guess is the set-up and cost per jersey would be way more. If you are interested PM me and I will send the details on the local shop. Best Ray |

I would recommend Voler. They made us two custom jerseys for Sea Otter last year and it was quite reasonably priced given the quick turnaround. I bet your 6 jerseys would be even cheaper per person.

Check in with Podiumwear of St Paul, MN. They do all their manufacturing in-house, and if it's not at busy season (e.g. right before a major season starts), then they're really fast. They have designers on staff to support with art/design, and can really clearly estimate and communicate turnaround times.
And they do low-volume runs. |
