Campy Disk Dreaming
Been dreaming about building a disk road bike compatible with 32mm tires using Campy disks & a Enve fork.
Would an Enve Cross Disk fork be compatible with Campy disk calipers? Asked a different way, are Enve Cross disk forks compatible with post or flat mount calipers? Please excuse my ignorance of disk brake technology |

Cross fork is a no go, as OldSpud said it's post mount. GRD fork is a different story, as it is flatmount and should accept the flat mount only campy hydro caliper. https://enve.com/products/gravel-road-fork/

Enve cross fork
Enve cross for is for post mount (for now).
What is your reason for wanting to use a cross fork? Extra stack? Correct rake for your build? You could use a Parlee disc fork- Many like this fork even better than the Enve. It is available in direct mount, and it also has internal routing for the brake housing. |

I was wondering the same thing too! I was in the shop and saw only Shimano and Etap builds but no campy ones. Kinda want to stand out Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

32mm Disk Fork
I know a little about carbon, very little about cross and absolutely nothing about disk brakes ... just assumed a cross fork was the best option for 32mm tires and disk brakes.
Maybe I should have asked for help regarding a carbon fork compatible with 32mm tires and Campy calipers. |

You are correct that a cross fork will give you the most options as far as tire size goes-
The Enve road disc fork will take a 32mm- but not really more than that. I like the Parlee disc fork for what you mention. Very clean, can run any tire size. Just make sure top get 12mm thru axle/flat mount. https://store.parleecycles.com/produ...ork-disc-brake Quote:

The Envy Gravel Road fork is Flat mount too (along with the disc road). It's just the CX forks that aren't yet.

How are those campy disk brakes?
I have my lemond set up with campy and trp spyre. I think they work quite well but wouldn't mind going full campy |

Look at the Rodeo Labs Spork. It is flat mount and a lot of custom builders have used them. Has bonus of fender/rack mount.

My .02, based on just a few short rides... Campy brakes flat out MURDER the Spyres.
People probably have heard me complain about the Spyres enough, so I'll spare you the rant. In regards to the Enve GRD fork, I know it can at least run a 38... Maybe bigger, as there seems to be quite a bit of room. |

Campy H11
Backcountry has Campy H11 components. The rear is either 140mm or 160mm calipers???
Hoping the Paceline can share their knowledge & experience on which is the best choice for a road bike w/32mm tires for mixed surface rides. Is the choice frame dependent? |

While we're on the subject -- are there or will there be just plain brake-lever brake levers (i.e., not brifters) for the Campy disc brakes?

Doubt it. Single speed disc isn't something Campagnolo is pursuing.

Flat mount 160 FR, and flat mount 140 or 160 Rear are the main criteria. Beyond that it's really you deciding what frame material you're after. |
