CAAD12 Black inc frame 56cm($480), Ultegra 6800 and Dura Ace groupset, other parts

Hello, decided to part this out. This bike is in great shape minus one ding on the downtube, a very small ding on one of the chainstays, and some normal wear. If you are looking for a perfect piece, this may not be it, but if you are looking for a great deal on a bike that rides well then this is it.

I picked this up since I have been longing for a CAAD12 and more tire clearance than my supersix EVO. After back to back rides, it is right on par with the EVO in many areas, but I decided to keep the EVO and move this.

I am now parting it out. I can still work something out as a complete package, but I am not putting it back together.

Details:

Caad12 Black Inc Frame size 56

Fork: Hi-mod fork from supersix EVO, less than 280g, long, long steerer(250+mm)

Groupset: Full Ultegra 6800(Shifters, Brakes, Front and Rear Derailleur)

Chain: Dura Ace 11 speed

Cassette: Dura Ace, 11-28

Crankset: FSA SL-K, 52/36, BB30A (perfect for new Cannondale standard)

Handlebars-Cannondale C3

Seatpost- Cannondale C3

Seat- Prologo Kappa

Imperfections

There is a small dent on the downtube pictured. I don't believe it should cause any problems in this area. It is small, but deeper than one that might be a wider dent.

There are a few small scratches and imperfections to a couple decals.

Option one- Frame, fork, headset, seatpost, saddle, and BB(nearing end of life) $495 plus ship via bikeflights in conus

Option two- Frame, headset, seatpost and saddle for $340 shipped, hi-mod fork from top model EVO $275 shipped separately.

If you go with option two and pick up a caad10 fork for a song, you have a crit machine for peanuts.

Ultegra 6800 group-

Shifters in great shape, front and rear derailleur, Dura ACE 11-28 cassette, brakes(with carbon pads) and dura ace chain(not much life left), cannondale c3 44cm handlebars and cable/housing included(might be fine on a 54cm bike or smaller)

$345 shipped. Not parting out yet. I would trade towards a Sram Red 22 group in some fashion if someone was interested.

FSA BB30A SLK light crankset. Wider to fit the BB30A standard, works great on standard BB30 Cranks with spacers. 172.5, 52/36 (even though outer ring says 52/38, the inner ring is a 36)

$125 shipped

Not pictured, but I have some Vittoria open corsa pro 23c tires in red/black. Almost completely brand new that I traded with a friend. $45 shipped for the pair, or trade towards s-works turbo 24, or gp4000s 23c.

Make offers on packages.

I can also equip this with 10speed rival and other wheels for cheaper, or possibly sell as a frame only, but I am not super eager to part out.
Super bike.
The dent is the issue.
Will it be a problem? No.
I would have been all over it otherwise.

Yeah, the dent sucks. The person I bought it from denied it was his fault. It was a bummer.

However, ad you can see from the complete bike picture, it really isn't super visible. I think the matte black helps hide it a little

Before I tear it down and part it out, how about $875 without wheels and tires.
