Guru Praemio R 54.5cm will take a pair of shamals+cash

I am thinking of selling this bike complete sans pedals, wheels, saddle and cassette. It has been an awesome ride, but bike lust has got the best of me in the past month and would like to move this.
This model was the top of the line with 1" chainstays. Fork is enve 2.0 and headset is cane creek with an ultegra 6800 compact build with under 1500k and will come with a new fizik cockpit. There are a couple of cosmetic blemishes in the paint on the seat tube, but overall very good condition. This is a primo bicycle! Asking $1600 net of fees shipped!

Lovely bike and I'm interested but if the TT is 54.5 then it's not a fit.
However, the geometry sheet I found online says that the size 54 ("S") Praemio R has an ETT of 53.5. Could be from the wrong year? I'd appreciate it if you can clarify, especially since if it's indeed 53.5 it's a potential fit.

Thanks

Guru geometry

Josh Novis (Gurus head salesman) made this frameset using the stock MEDIUM Fast Forward Geometry but shortened the TT by 1cm to 54.5cm effective TT, instead of 55.5cm. here's the geo:
ETT - 54.5cm; ST (ctt of collar) - 52.5cm; ST (ctc) – 49cm; HT - 15cm; ST angle – 72.5*; Chainstay length – 41cm; BB drop – 7.5cm

Some detailed photos of the frameset might pique interest.

I will get some photos up tomorrow. It's in overall good shape, but I do understand wanting fresh photos. Been a busy week!
