Unfortunately, it's not my garage (but the bike is).

First one: saw this at Boston when I was up there a month ago in the Essex area.

Second one: saw this yesterday outside a hotel garage, almost didn't recognize that it's a Jag. It's like they were trying to hide the brand.

Buddy in college had a Kaiser Jeepster with a Buick V6 engine. It had some wiring issues so I brought it home for a weekend to work things out. Some memorable rides in my Grandpa's timber and muddy gravel strip mine roads. Been a long time since I saw one.

At Lime Rock Park about 12 or so years back I saw a McLaren F1 just sitting in the parking lot, road chips in the paint and all. I stood there looking it up, down and sideways when some guy asked "what's the big deal?"

I replied, "well, it will eat every car on this track alive ..."

Heard later in the day it was the owner of Turner Motorsport's (BMW team) personal car, and he supposedly had two!

Early eighties Aston-Martin Lagonda in a downtown parking lot, Porsche 959 parked in front of the Ritz. Went past the parking lot a few weeks later to see the right front side of the Lagonda smashed in, stupid car for city driving.

Friend of my wife's has a Facel-Vega. Very cool Spanish sports car form the 50's. I remember well the Mustang California Specials that were common when I was a kid, but are now worth a mint, as were the Shelby GT350's that more than one friend's dad tooled around in. Finally, a guy in my neighborhood growing-up had a Bricklin. Crappy car with the coolest doors evah!

I was working at a small Ford dealer when had a chance to buy a 1967 GT500KR convertible but I couldn't really scrape up the $1,850 he wanted. Yeah, you read that right. This was in the 1980's when they had hit their low value. He had taken a job across the country and needed to dump it off. I'm am going to forever kick myself/ Today, that car in mint condition would bring in about $180,000+ in auctions.

Saw one of these in Northeast Arkansas ( ! ) today -- of all places. Lamborghini Superlegerra.

It was not going fast. Still didn't have time to snap a pic,, so I found one on the net. Was this exact same color, too.

Nice! I have to wonder what the ratio of the total number of those is for the coasts vs flyover country like Arkansas and Missouri et al. - probably 50 : 1
