Another Warbird

Just built this up and took it out for the maiden voyage, not to long just enough to see if it needs some tweeks.

Warbird ti 2013 - doubt know if it was ever built up much less ridden
rs685 hydro
pacenti sl 25 rims white ind. hubs (built by Eric - ergottwheels)
clement xplor ush tires
Ultegra bits
lynskey post
ti flite saddle
ritchey bars and stem

Fits like a glove and feels so solid. The brakes are a game changer. Love the wheels.

Just put this together from basement stuff and a frame from the classifieds.
May be a bit big but I cant tell while on it and its very comfortable. All the contact points are in the right places.
Probably going to swap out the rubber for a set of Barlow Pass skinwalls. Other than that, its done.

Nicely done. Some tan sidewalls should perfect it.

Mounted up a set of Compass something or other 32's. What a difference. The ride is superb.

If you're ever vacationing in the sfbay area, you're welcome to use one of mine. Looks like we're the same size and have similar tastes!

switched out the stem to a steve potts custom ti stem and replaced the front cants with minimotos for a cleaner look. However, I am really liking the way the minimotos feel while braking.
