How wide are Vittoria Corsa G2.0 30mm on HED Belgium C2?

Merlin has these Vittoria Corsa G2.0 tire tube combos.
Not a bad price.
They have 30mm in stock.
I have HED Belgium C2 rims - 23mm wide.

Anyone running this tire/rim combo?

I'm wondering how wide the tires actually are when mounted and pumped.

Corsa Control 2.0 28s on OG Belgium C2 = 27.6 @ 70 psi
Corsa Control 2.0 30s on Belgium Plus = 31.1 @ 65 psi
