SRAM blips

Now that these have been available long enough for people to "wear out" the battery, has anyone tried replacing the non-replaceable coin battery hidden deep inside? It would seem to be rather simple IF the blip can be opened without dsestoying it.

See video above, it's doable and not that complicated.

I'm currently building up a bike for a friend with blips/ TRP levers in lieu of using SRAM shifters. Having to deal with the blips somewhere down the line has most definitely been on my mind since they're expensive and SRAM to chuck the old ones and spend another $99 to replace them🙄
