Which Bag Pouch for Ipad Mini

Looking for recs for a waterproof pouch that is big enough to hold an ipad mini and has 4 corner attachments so I can strap it to a bikepacking saddlepack..

I suppose that could work in a pinch but I am looking for something like that but with some padding. Would not need the see through as I have a Garmin for navigation and I imagine strapping it behind me to a saddle pack anyway..

Have you looked at Rixen and Kaul? They make nice stuff.
