Best drummer alive today. Nice to see him riding and don't think that's recent.

Geddy is also a bit of a runner, having done several 10K's and a marathon or two.
That song that plays (briefly) at 7:10 is off the Vapor Trails CD, which also has the song Ghost Rider. The song is a reference to a trip that Niel took as a trek to recenter life after he lost his daughter and wife, riding his BMW through the western US and Canada, into Alaska and south into Nevada. He wrote a book by the same title (Ghost Rider) chronicling the journey. It was a sad day when the band announced that they would no longer tour. Niel's arthritis has gotten bad enough that he just can't do it any more. Last edited by David Tollefson; 01-23-2017 at 07:45 AM. |
