Recumbent bottom bracket

Looks like a recumbent bottom bracket shell with a cable stop for the front derailleur that mounts on the smaller tube. And it probably fits a frame with some provision to adjust and clamp this assembly in place to fit the rider's leg length.

What did I win?

It could be from a Rans or similar bike, a few do have this adjustable top rail. I found a good example of that.

I think this might also fit some variant of a Greenspeed tricycle recumbent. This seems to be the standard setup. There are lots of Google images online showing it. And here's an example of that too.
