New shape to protect the precious logo from shoe rub? I finally, and just barely made peace with the 6800 aesthetic, and the latest campy really didn't seem much more palatable. This stuff is all just shaped like additional blobs on plastic bikes, no serious harm done, just continued incremental debasement. It all looks like crap on traditional metal tubes though, the "old" new and the new new. I'm officially a curmudgeon now.

they also revealed that the shot was taken from a chinese forum.

and speaking of the new series shimano stuffs, the brakes are phenomenal. they're the first component I've felt a true performance increase on since the Ti Super Record Cranks (versus, ya know, square taper cranks).
