It's a custom bike made for a pro on the Dutch team, Kwantum-Decosol. There are very few in existence like single digits. Not sure what kind of paint they used.

I just got my cross bike from Megan Dean/Moth Attack.
Details in the custom build section. It's slightly relaxed (432 stays) for gravel grinding tires. Sorry pics are so small.

Did you go standard or extralight? Just ordered a set of Rhyno Lites. Going to give tubeless a go with the standard RTPs. Hope to finish this soon:
