* what are your favorite and least favorite moments related to road biking activities? Favorite: cycling through the vineyards of LI’s north fork. Least Favorite: my 2 crashes and subsequent ambulance rides.

* where do you live? Pretty much surrounded by Bellevue, WA

* occupation: back end compilers, machine learning, gpu. But retired now.
* favorite bike: Cielo Road Disc, or Kona Raijin Singlespeed
* what's in your stable? Cielo Road Disc, Kona Raijin, Kona Honzo Titanium, 1996 Moots Psychlo X, 1986 Cannondale SR1000.
* fastest speed on a road bike? where? when? 56mph down washington pass in the north cascades on my cannondale fully loaded with 4 panniers.
* how many miles ON THE ROAD on a road bike last year? Mostly I mountain bike. On the road... 700 miles?
* picture of yourself or your ride? attached.
* make up and answer at least one additional question: I have been avidly reading thomas pynchon for 35 years and I'm not sure why. I feel like his books have created the way I think.
* what is the biggest lie you've ever told: I'm sure its something awful that I can't remember. I'm going with - I suffer from imposter syndrome.
* and, something fun: Just back from 4 weeks in van in pyrenees with my road bike.

* and, something fun. My wife and I will have our 30th anniversary next summer. In all those years, we have done a loaded tour every summer except for 4 I think. Or maybe 5
