Looks like a really nice group. Might suck a lot of rim brake business away from S & S, which would serve them right.

Can anyone say if the centaur rear derailleur is compatible with the post 2015 11-speed groups (or pre 2015 11 and 10 speed)?
Am already running the front derailleur with both |

Polished aluminum was the only reason I went with Campagnolo. If I wanted black, SRAM and Shimano stuff is much easier and cheaper to get. The review I read a while back said that Shimano's 110-speed 105 shifted better.

Yeah been following that as well but alas there are no “clear” positive experiences with H11 with centaur (and same in European forums)
Some claim it works others say no go Might just try it out myself Last edited by SDJ; 02-15-2024 at 01:12 PM. |

That's been the case with all Campagnolo 11spd groups. There are 12-25, 12-27, 12-29 & 12-32 11spd cassettes (depending on group level). This is part of the reason I haven't gone to 12spd.

I also like that Centaur 11 is still available. If my Chorus RD ever dies, it is good to know that Centaur 11 is there as a backup, especially since those who have Chorus 11 RDs are charging an arm and a leg for them... Good Luck! |

Centaur 12 speed
disc brake only. How about that?
Maybe some wider Zondas for rim brake? What is next? |
